This Privacy Policy explains how AimHigher ("AimHigher", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website. We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection law. This site does not use cookies.
1 Who we are
AimHigher operates this website and provides Web3 marketing services. For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at hello@aimhigher.gg.
2 What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it or when it is generated automatically as you use the site.
Data you provide directly — contact form
- Your Telegram handle
- Your monthly marketing budget range
- Optionally, your website, X (Twitter) handle, and a link to your docs or deck
When you submit the form, we also record the approximate country your connection originates from (derived from your IP address) to help us qualify and prioritise enquiries. Your submission is delivered to our team through Telegram (see Section 5).
Data collected automatically — analytics
- Anonymised or pseudonymised usage data such as pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, and referral source
We use a privacy-first analytics tool that does not set cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect data that identifies you personally.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in contact-form messages.
3 Why we process your data and our legal basis

4 How long we keep it
We retain contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed.
5 Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf — including Vercel (website hosting and the serverless function that handles the form), Supabase (the database where your enquiry is stored, hosted in the EU), and Telegram (through which we receive and read your enquiry). These providers process data under their respective data-processing terms.
- Authorities or advisors, where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
Your contact-form submission itself is stored within the EU (Supabase, Germany). Some of our other providers, including Vercel and Telegram, may store or process data on infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact hello@aimhigher.gg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
7 Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
